Tena Ultra features the Dry-Fast Dual Core where the top core has special fibers which quickly absorb and transfer liquid into the lower core where it is gelled by superabsorbent polymer for greater security and skin dryness.

It also features a built-in wetness sensor which indicates the need to change.

There are 4-resealable tape tabs with Super Fit Tape Zone and elastic gathers at the legs.  Features extra soft cloth-like backing.

Ideal for heavy absorbency.
