Visit Charm Medical Supply www.charmmedical.com or call: 1-877-94-CHARM. Charm Medical Supply is a MassHealth and Medicare accredited provider. Their customer service representatives can help determine your coverage and bill insurance on your behalf.

Is there someone who can help me select the best incontinence product for my needs?

Our customer service representatives are knowledgeable about all of our products and can help you select which products will best meet your needs, from overnight incontinence protection to the gentlest wipes. Call 877-94-CHARM to discuss your needs.

How do I order products not listed on the website?

Special orders welcome! If you have a favorite product that you don’t see listed, contact our customer service to discuss: 877-94-CHARM.

Who are your shipping carriers?

Within Massachusetts, orders are delivered by Charm’s personal fleet of vans, manned by our own friendly drivers. Outside Massachusetts, we ship through UPS.

What are the shipping charges?

Within Massachusetts, shipping is free along our routes. Outside of Massachusetts, shipping rates are calculated through UPS ground service.

What is Charm Direct’s return policy?

To guarantee your satisfaction, Charm Direct will refund the purchase price of a returned item (less the original shipping cost), provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase and it is unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact your customer service department at support@charmmedical.com or 877-94-CHARM for a return order number.

Certain hygienic items that would need to be sterilized or washed after use cannot be returned for sanitary purposes.
